Many predicted a settlement was coming after the trail was abruptly halted amid some fairly heavy revelations Tuesday.

Supermodel Christie Brinkley testified that she would have never gone through with her marriage to ex-husband Peter Cook if he had told her the truth about his drug arrest when he was in his 20s. Brinkley took the stand and said Cook greatly minimized the details of his arrest, adding that she later found out the arrest hadn’t taken place in New York City, but rather in 'a gay truck stop.'

As 50 Cent’s Long Island home burned to the ground amid arson investigation, the rapper’s ex-girlfriend gave a street side interview claiming the 50 tried to kill her by burning the house down himself. Shaniqua Tompkins and her son with the rapper were inside the home at the time of the fire and were taken to the hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation.
